Baltimore Sports Reporter Kristen Berset
Let’s face it, when you start your media career as a beauty pageant contestant, earning the title of “hottest sports anchor” in your hometown is pretty easy to do. Which may be why Kristen Berset moved from Florida to Baltimore, where she’s currently the local sports gal for WBFF in Baltimore, MD. Haven’t seen all the sports gal in Baltimore yet, but I’m just about ready to hand the crown over to Kristen.

Kristen Berset (born July 9, 1981) is a pageant titleholder from St. Petersburg, Florida who has competed in the Miss USA pageant.
Berset won the Miss Florida USA 2004 title in mid 2003 and represented Florida in the Miss USA 2004 pageant held in Hollywood, California in April 2004. During the live event she became the first Floridian to make the semi-finals since 1997 and then advanced to the top 10.
Berset is a 1999 graduate of St. Petersburg High School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in telecommunications in 2003. She was the second of four University of Florida graduates to win the Miss Florida USA title. Berset has modeled in New York, Dallas, Tampa, and Orlando. From 2006 until January 2009, she was the 5pm anchor and evening producer at WJHG-TV in Panama City, Florida. In 2008, Kristen also had become the Shore Reporter for the Professional Tarpon Tournament Series TV Show (PTTS) on Sun Sports. As of January 21, 2009 she is a sports anchor for Fox 45 in Baltimore.

Hot to look at, but TERRIBLE at sports anchoring and reporting. I mean, really? This is who they hire? They hit two home runs with Amy Fadool and Amber Theoharris and this is who they have replace them? Kristen is very attractive, but once you listen to her, her looks lose their luster.

Hey, give her a break–I watched last night’s (Sunday)
broadcast where Bruce Cunningham shared the reporting
duties with Kristen, and I thought she held her own
pretty well…
