Cold Pizza’s Dana Jacobson
ESPN’s Cold Pizza host Dana Jacobson looks like an Amazon hottie to me. But maybe it’s just me. I kinda like that she hovers over all over her guests, though. (The mouth breathers — aka the analysts — I mean, not the athlete.)
Here’s her bio from Wikipedia:
Dana Jacobson (born November 5, 1971) joined ESPN as an ESPNEWS anchor in December 2002 and soon became a regular anchor on the 6 p.m edition of SportsCenter. In March 2005, she was named co-host of Cold Pizza, and transitioned with the show as it became ESPN First Take. Jacobson provided sideline reporting for ESPN’s coverage of NBA Sunday night games. Jacobson graduated from the University of Michigan in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and communications. She was born and raised in Michigan where she attended Andover High School in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Subsequently, she attended and graduated from Valley High School in West Des Moines, Iowa in 1989. She has an older brother, Mark, who also graduated from the University of Michigan and has served overseas in Afghanistan.

I must say that of all the ESPN commentaters that I’ve seen to date, outside of Sage Steele and Colleen Dominguez, Dana Jacobsen is the most intriguing. The reason being is that she isn’t on enough to fully critique her appearence, but the first time I did see her I thought she was breathtaking. Maybe it was her hairdo, those big green eyes, or the mystique of her shapely figure. She is indeed a hotty and she needs to show off some more “stuff”. I know she has some jugs, right?

Has anyone heard about the recent diatribe from Dana at an ESPN event? I have heard that she was a bit intoxicated when she got on stage, then proceeded to take off-color shots at Golic (e.g., “F*** Notre Dame” and “F*** Jesus”).
How has this not made wider news — surely it would were a Christian to make similar comments about Judaism or Islam?!

I heard she was blotto and taking hits straight from a bottle of Belvedere – then lit into Charlies Wiess in a profanity laden tirade. But, to be fair I don’t think she ever said “F– Jesus”. What she did as ask “What the F—- is “Touchdown Jesus???” What the F—- is that all about!?!?!?” Keep in mind she’s a Michigan alum so it’s a given she has a high level of disdain for the Notre Dame.
I just wish she had skipped the tirade, and used her Vodka muscles to kick Greenbergs ass in front of everyone.

What we all need to do is let ESPN know that profanity and the F word should not be tolerated, especially with regard to religious figures. The way to do it is to tell ESPN that as long as she is on, we will boycott the advertisers products. This is the only way to get theri attention.

Fred: Mel Gibson was NOT attacking any religion. He had been harassed over “The Passion of the Christ”, and by the time of his arrest had probably developed a persecution complex. Hence, “Are you Jewish?”. It was a drunken rant. His behavior was nothing to be proud of, but he did not attack Judaism.

If First Take wants babes on the show, replace Dana with the exsquisite Sage Steele and the adorable Jemele Hill. Sage is a goddess and is legitimately gorgeous. Jemele is really pretty and so huggable. Both have journalistic chops. Dana is OK, not hot in that babe kind of way. She strikes me as the kind of girl who, as a teen her best friend was a maybe a crossdressing boy classmate. He was trying on all her girly clothes that she didnt like while she tried to get him to play sports. Yeah its a stretch, but I suspect Dana either has a girlfriend or is a “fag hag”. Here’s the thing. Some men are attracted to the anorexic, pre-pubescent teeny-boppers that the fashion industry pushes at us. Viva la difference, but it’s always seemed like latent pedophilia to me. Other guys like the skinny look with fake boobs added. I don’t get it. Real men like real women. And that’s what Dana is. Her face isn’t vacant cookie-cutter barbie-doll. She has character. Yup, she shows her big teeth when she smiles, and her chin is a little John Kerry-esque. But that just makes her face interesting. Her eyes are dazzling. I like seeing her toss her hair in the heat of a debate with Skip. And she’s got the build of a well-put-together athlete in her late-30s. Just what I like. It’s all good.
She’s the perfect woman for a real man. A smart, articulate, funny, real-woman babe who loves sports. What could be better? Dana’s the main reason I watch the show now and then.
But it was too bad about the F-Jesus comment. Hate speech is not a turn on. On the other hand, I assume she was on an anti-Notre Dame rant, which was fine. She’s a Michigan alum roasting a Notre Dame alum. That’s what you do. As Mick said in comment 38, the tone of a roast goads people to push the envelope. IF ANYBODY saw the Feb 18th episode….HOLY SHIT Dana is a good 50-75 pounds overweight…her green sweater had rolls going when she sat down in that chair and damn her arms looked huge. She has gained lots of weight probably due to the stress after the intoxication and suspension. Its funny but her face doesn’t show her weight it hides it well.
