Sideline Sports Reporter Kaylee Hartung

College football bowl season is here, with 50 games (or so) scheduled for this year. Just kidding, of course, but it sure seems that way, right? While watching the Texas Bowl with Syracuse and Minnesota, the lovely Kaylee Hartung popped up on the sidelines for ESPN. Let’s all find out more about the fetching Ms. Hartung, shall we?

Here’s what ESPN has on her:

Kaylee Hartung is entering her second year as an anchor and reporter for Longhorn Network. In addition to hosting Longhorn Network’s flagship program Longhorn Extra, reporting for Texas GameDay and crafting feature stories, Hartung has contributed to ESPN’s coverage of the 2013 College World Series and the 2012-13 college football and college basketball seasons. Hartung was previously a sideline reporter for CBS Sports Network and a correspondent for CBSNews.com. During her career at CBS Sports, Hartung served as a reporter for CBS and Turner Sports’ online NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament coverage and CBSSports.com’s PGA Championship and tennis’ U.S. Open coverage. She also contributed to NCAA.com and SI.com’s College World Series and BCS National Championship coverage. Along with her duties at CBS Sports, she also worked in the CBS News Washington Bureau where she produced, photographed and edited her own reports. As a CBSNews.com correspondent, she interviewed a wide range of professionals including members of Congress, White House officials, reality TV stars and professional athletes. Hartung first joined CBS News as Bob Schieffer’s assistant, and quickly advanced to associate producer of “Face the Nation” where she was responsible for all research. Hartung graduated from Washington and Lee University where she majored in broadcast journalism and politics. She is a native of Baton Rouge, LA.
