Got to hear how good Deb was last week when she did the reports and guest hosted with Stephen A. Smith. Fox seems to be experimenting with different update people for Smith (Eddie Garcia, Deb Carson & some other guy I can’t remember). But when Deb was on, it was glaringly obvious how sports-smart and just plain interesting she was compared to his “partner in crime”, who comes off as a token female who doesn’t seem to know sports. Eddie Garcia's sports reports are good, but if Stephen A's gonna have a woman on that show, Deb at least knows sports and was pretty funny with Smith. Have to disagree with William. She takes the edge off of Webber and Deese screaming at each other. The segment she does about "sports headlines you haven't heard" is funny and she even gets the guys in a good mood. Deese even giggles sometimes. The Entertainment segment she has with Lincoln and Dan is great, too. But you guys are too hard on Deese. He may not be everyone's cup of tea, and I hated his stupid Niners, but he DOES know football, has a personality and DOESN'T come off like a typical know-it-all sports stat geek.
