I don’t know if Stacey Dales tackling on the “Schuman” to her last name means she got hitched or what, but you can catch Stacey doing ESPN football games whenever WNBA season isn’t in full swing. Or maybe she’s retired. I’m not sure. She’s hot, though, and I love how she constantly spars with the “good ol boys” in the broadcasting booth. The girl’s got spunk.

Stacey Dales (born September 5, 1979, in Collingwood, Ontario) is a basketball player for the Chicago Sky of the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA). She also serves as a women’s college basketball analyst for ESPN.
She led her University of Oklahoma team to the 2002 NCAA Women’s Division I Basketball Championship game, but lost to the University of Connecticut. After leaving Oklahoma that year, she went by the married name “Dales-Schuman,” but has been known as just “Dales” since joining the Sky in 2006.

This is the kind of chick you hope to hang out with and someday marry once you realize trying to score a Summer Sanders or Melissa Stark just isnt going to happen.
She is ok looking, not ugly, and obviously fun and confident. She wont take your crap and could probably keep you from ever having to consider Viagra. Also athletic.

I’ve interviewed Stacey (I cover the WNBA for a website). I agree, she’s ok looking. Hot in the WNBA would be Yelena Leuchanka, Kelly Schumacher, Lauren Jackson, Sue Bird, etc.
I doubt Stacey is nearing retirement, although her comparably hot Chicago teammate Kayte Christensen is giving the WNBA one final year in ’08, and she’s only a year younger than Stacey. Plus, Kayte (who looks a lot like Anne Hathaway) wants to to TV and she looks 100 times better on-camera than Kara Lawson, who’s disgusting and not very friendly. Stacey and Kayte would be a great anchor team. With not playing overseas like 90% of WNBA girls during their offseason, they don’t stay as competitive. So Stacey may retire in the next couple years we’ll see. Cheers.
P.S. Contrary to popular opinion, it’s only about a third of the WNBA that’s gay…although when it started in 97 it was more.

I enjoy watching Stacey Dales on basketball broadcasts because she is very knowledgable about the sport. I actually met Ms.Dales at my part time job in Bowie,Md. in Dec. 2006. I recognized her almost immediately and she was very cordial and personable while I waited on her. She is also a very attractive young lady. Met Stacey last night at LAX on my way home to Atlanta. Very sweet, strikingly pretty, even with a hat and no makeup. She was on her way to interview Tony Gonzales of the Falcons and was very personable and gracious. Googled her and found my way here. Just my two cents worth…
